FLOW (For the Love of Water)

The Boston University Chapter of Engineers Without Borders has been diligently working on a project for clean and easily accessible water in the small village of Chirimoto, Peru. They would like to invite you to the next event, which will be a FREE screening of the documentary FLOW (For the Love of Water). The film deals with the shortage of fresh water occurring around the world and focuses on the ethics of water distribution in third world countries. Due to the inflated prices corporations charge for clean water many citizens are forced to drink from contaminated sources to survive. At the rate societies are consuming water, the world will eventually reach a limit where fresh water will no longer be cheaply available. By attending this movie, you can gain a deeper understanding about the need for something so essential that we take for granted every day. The event will take place on Tuesday February 23 in Photonics Center, Room 206 (8 St. Mary's Street, Boston ) where snacks and popcorn will be provided.
